Here’s what awaits at your expanded Bozeman Public Library

Ever wanted to take an in-person cooking or art class? Or try your hand at podcasting or 3D printing? What about hosting that community event you could never find a big enough room for? Or are you just looking for a comfortable new spot to meet friends?

All these opportunities and more await at your renovated Bozeman Public Library. Construction crews break ground in July on a BPL Forward expansion effort that will make your Library the go-to community center connecting Bozeman citizens to their neighbors and the world.

Here’s what your Give Big donation will bring to your community:

Architect's rendering of the new central Hub

A newly created Hub at the center of the Library will be a gathering place to meet and make friends, relax, read, or browse the Friends of the Bozeman Public Library used bookstore

Architect's rendering of the learning labs

Learning labs will provide opportunities for hands-on creativity, from cutting-edge technology to cooking to art and music.

New collaboration space includes a larger community room and more dedicated meeting rooms, plus expanded quiet reading areas for individual discovery.

While you’ll want to pardon our dust, the Library will remain open through the vast majority of the work. So, come by and check out our progress!

Excited about this new expansion becoming a reality? You can help make it happen.

This May 5-6, join the effort with an online gift during Give Big Gallatin Valley.
